Dubai property week, 18 to 24 Oct 2026: 2,457 sales and prices flat
Dubai recorded 2,457 property sales from 18/10/26 to 24/10/26, 7% fewer than the 2,643 sales in the week before.
Dubai had 4,225 property sales from 18/10/25 to 24/10/25, so DLD transactions for the same week in 2026 were 42% lower year on year.
Dubai property prices held. The median sale price in Dubai was AED 1,660 per sq ft from 18/10/26 to 24/10/26, against AED 1,670 per sq ft the week before.
From 18/10/26 to 24/10/26, developers sold 1,527 Dubai properties directly, 62% of all sales, and the Dubai secondary market recorded 930 resales.
The top Dubai deal of the week was a 5-bed beach residence at Balqis Residence, Palm Jumeirah, which resold for AED 55 million on 23/10/26.
Dubai South had the most sales of any Dubai area from 18/10/26 to 24/10/26, with 226. Wadi Al Safa 5, which includes Dubailand Residence Complex, had 170 sales from 18/10/26 to 24/10/26, up 70% on the week before, and JVC had 169.
