Biggest Dubai property deals, 19 to 25 Oct 2026: offices outsold villas above AED 20M
Offices in two Business Bay towers, Bureau Lamar and Lumena Alta by Omniyat, sold for AED 246.7 million in Dubai from 19/10/26 to 25/10/26.
Three 9,513 sq ft offices at Bureau Lamar in Business Bay sold off-plan from the developer, Lamar, for AED 43.8 million each on 23/10/26, AED 131.3 million in total at AED 4,600 per sq ft.
Omniyat sold five off-plan offices at Lumena Alta in Business Bay for AED 115.5 million on 21/10/26, at AED 4,970 to AED 6,103 per sq ft.
Seven of the 24 Dubai property sales above AED 20 million from 19/10/26 to 25/10/26 were offices, worth AED 261.8 million, more than the AED 251.5 million paid for the nine villas above AED 20 million that week.
Outside Business Bay, a ready, tenanted office in Silver Tower, JLT, resold for AED 43 million on 19/10/26.
The biggest single Dubai deal from 19/10/26 to 25/10/26 was still a home: a 5-bed at Balqis Residence, Palm Jumeirah, resold for AED 55 million on 23/10/26.
