Biggest Dubai property deals, 12 to 16 Oct 2026: land took 8 of the top 10
Eight of the ten biggest property sales in Dubai from 12/10/26 to 16/10/26 were plots of land, led by a AED 112.3M plot on Palm Jebel Ali.
The 30,215 sq ft Palm Jebel Ali plot was bought from the developer on 15/10/26 at AED 3,717 per sq ft. Nine Palm Jebel Ali plots sold from the developer on 15/10/26 for AED 538.6M combined. Oceanz 1 by Danube in Dubai Maritime City sold as a whole building for AED 96M on 12/10/26. A Dubai Islands plot resold for AED 70M on 15/10/26.
The most expensive home sold in Dubai from 12/10/26 to 16/10/26 was a 7-bed Palm Jumeirah villa on Frond N at AED 67.6M. The top apartment sale was a 4-bed at W Residences, Palm Jumeirah, for AED 53.7M on 15/10/26. A 4-bed at The Address The Blvd in Downtown Dubai sold for AED 8,451 per sq ft on 16/10/26, the highest per foot of the week.
Dubai had 42 property sales above AED 20M from 12/10/26 to 16/10/26, worth about AED 1.75 billion, with AED 906.9M of it in land.
